Oh, and just so you know, not all the movies on Suprnova come in this form. Many of them are just ordinary [.avi] files, and you'll be able to watch them as soon as you download them.
The only versions of the Ginger Snaps movies that I saw were in this form, which is why I included all of this information about WinRar and it's Mac equivalent.
Most movies will be in either of these two forms, I'm pretty sure. I usually try to get of movies that are at least 650 MB in size, and closer to 730 MB. Anything smaller probably has really bad resolution (unless your movie is unusually short). If your download is over 1 GB, that probably means you're getting an mpeg version, instead of an avi. Mpeg encoding isn't as efficient as avi encoding.
Bit torrent downloads will sometimes stall. If that happens, just close the download window, then click on the same download you did before. The download will pick up where it left off.
