You so wish your friends were as cool as mine.
And for dinner, I had:
Fast and easy tilapia dish.
sauce:
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
splash of apple juice (optional)
crushed garlic
basil
tarragon
salt
Put tilapia fillet(s) in a pan, pour on sauce and cook at low heat. Turn fillet over periodically. Dish is done when you can stick a fork through the thickest part of fillet without resistance.
