Heeeyyy...

Sometimes I think my lj is just hilarious. I created it so I could post fic, but most of the time I end up ranting about my hectic life. My entries are always like:

[My calculus class is insane -- 8 solid hours worth of homework...]

[Phyics is sooo much harder this year...]

[...so I was writing this lemon the other day, and I decided Severus...]

[I swear, if one more person on ff.net leaves a review saying "please don't make this slash" I'll...]

[...murder my calc professor in his sleep if he makes me do a Riemann's sum one more time...]

You never know when I'm going to switch from whiny college student mode to kinky fanfiction authoress extraordinaire. *grins*



But on with the news.

I'm partway done rewriting the lemon. I'm beginning the think the first time through was a fluke because the rewrite is taking about *4 times as long* to finish. You'd think a rewrite would take less time, wouldn't you?

*grumbles*

I got the outline done at least. Well, I like to call it an outline -- really it's just one long rambling run on sentence in which I come up with the chronology of my sex scene, as well as a number of choice phrases I plan on using. This time I'd already come up w/ the choice phrases and it was simply a matter of remembering them. I'm sure I've forgotten some shit. The new outline is 390 words and the previous one was over 400 words and also less detailed. Hopefully everything will work out when I get to the actual writing of the lemon.

I actually meant to finish it last night. I took a nap (yes, only I would take a nap at 1:20 in the morning) and woke up from a nightmare. I decided not to do anymore writing and went back to sleep, only to finish off the nightmare and start another one. The first one involved evil cats. I woke up thinking a giant cat was sitting on me and, for some reason, I couldn't scream. The weird part is that I love cats -- I don't know why I would have a nightmare about them. I think I might have had the prequel to this dream last night (apparently my nightmares come in series). My second nightmare was basically me living inside what was basically a composite of every horror movie I've ever watched the movie trailer for. It also included the Bringers from season 7 of BtVS. I had the feeling this dream was a sequel dream too, though I can't remember when I had the prequel to it.

Agh -- must have been something I ate.

Oh, what else?

Hummm...oh! I got friended recently by the lovely choklid, who apparently is fairly new to lj. So far I know that she lives in Sweden, she loves ballet, she makes good cakes/pastries, and we have two mutual friends -- amariel and ivyblossom (I'm assuming she found out about my lj through one of them).

Thank you for being so sweet, mentioning me in your journal. One of our mutual lj-friends said that you were. You are right in that I am new to the lj and the world of fics and fandoms, but completely fascinated by it, and trying to catch on (lots of new abbreviations for things I didn’t knew existed, "learning-spree", yay!). And as I lurked *continues lurking unabashedly* I came upon your journal and I always enjoy reading your entries and your icons are smashing.:D
