Update:
Bedrooms in the apt have been carpeted. I've transferred to a room with a real door. We found the jankiest loft bed in the history of ever off craigslist and nobody really wants to go to the trouble of putting it together because it is that incredibly janky.

I might have been pissed at her if it had actually been my money, but as it is ... yeah. Jankiest loft bed of EVAR.


And now that my computer is back on a desk w/ speakers hooked up I might actually get something fannish done. YAY!
