The Justin is not subtle. He is just subtle enough.
Let me 'splain .
Every other scene is a woman making out with another woman. Justin and the woman he has sex with in the video are the only straight people in the hotel. Well, and then there's Timberland walking his dog. The whimsy, it is DEEEEEEEEEP. But as I was saying. Women making out. Every other scene. In any other music video, this would be a bullshitty mysoginist—lesbians are hot—throw in.
But. But. This is the Justin.
Right around 3:34 there is a flash, so fast most people would miss it, of Justin walking past an open bathroom door and a beautiful woman (quote. unquote.) in a black dress with a perfect blonde coif, dressed like any one of the other women in the video.
Could be any of the other women in the video.
Standing at the urinal.
Just. Subtle. Enough.
Even the TITLE is misleading. It sounds like a bullshitty rap song about women's asses. But no. It is the Justin bringing Sexy back (quote. unquote.) and he does it so well.
