Yesterday I 1) redeemed myself in the eyes of my perspective teacher (last Thursday he pulled me aside for the second time for the not living up to my potential speech, so I figured I'd better get up off my ass and you know, live up to it) and 2) aced my anatomy homework.

Surprisingly, despite my anatomy teacher being the most anal of all three, his class has turned out to be my bullshit class. I only spent, like, eight hours on the homework, which we had three weeks to do. I'm not so sure I deserved the A, but I'm not really caring at this point. The fuck-me-boots arrived in the mail today. And they are awesome. And not nearly as uncomfortable as I expected them to be.

Oh, question, regarding one of my fic. What are those thingies called? That the wraith store people in on the darts. Or do they have names? Also, do we know how big those things are? Say, if one wanted to rescue a bunch of people off a hive ship but did not have all that much room.

Haven't seen the episode yet (or any of season 2) because it hasn't been shown in Oz, but on Star Trek that would be the transporter buffer, and since Stargate loves to reference Star Trek it's probably some varient thereof.
