permetaform dropped by around 3:45 to watch the two Smallville eps I have that she hadn't seen yet. We ate food, boggled at the gratuitous nudity, etc. We listened to some music. That turned out to be an absolutely terrible idea, considering we pretty much share a vidding brain.
Me +permetaform + WMP playlist = vidding insanity liekwhoa!
See, we have this problem. I don't think other vidders really get problems like this. We get vidbunnies for fandoms that we, like, aren't actually in. As in, we've seen a few vids and know the basic plot of the show, or alternately, we've seen the movie trailer.
Which either makes us really hardcore, or just really insane. Probably both.
Sometimes I hate my WMP playlist. Sometimes I hate it a lot.
On the bright side, I finally got her to watch The Fast and the Furious. After we spent a few minutes boggling at the gay, I got her to do half my outlining for me on my TFATF vid (read: lazy, manipulative). So I should start working on that very soon.
What else? Oh yeah. My co-op hosted it's annual Stripper Party. Wherein there was lots of stripping. And then the fire department came and broke it up (I'm still not sure why). They kicked everyone out of the co-op, even the people who lived there. I hid in my room with my roommates and didn't answer the door when they knocked, so I didn't have to leave.permetaform was crashing on my bed at the time. She woke up after the fire department left and the party started back up, this time with only members of my co-op and a few strays attending. After the party we went back to talking about vidding. We ended up going to sleep around 5:00am, I think.
