I believe I mentioned earlier that I <3 Michael Rosenbaum.

Well, for my birthday I got Season 4 of Buffy (I already own Seasons 1-3). I just wanted to let you all know that I *do not* <3 Spike.

I adore him. He's my husband. That whole *MR* thing? It's a fling. It'll produce a mess of lj icons and then burn out. My love for Spike (he's not just a character on Buffy! He's real!) is eternal (no pun intended).

And I'm feeling the sudden urge to start making more Spike icons.

Well, I do have 4 very Spike centric episodes downloaded on my computer. And I have this really nifty program that allows you to select a portion of a movie and convert all the frames in that clip to bitmap or jpeg images (can be downloaded: here). And I have GIMP, which allows you to edit images and put them together into animated gif files.

This is going to be great. I can't wait to start watching my new DVD set.

For now though, I'm going to entertain myself w/ Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

Yep -- I had a very good birthday. I watched 4 movies (this morning I saw Secretary and I just came back from watching Little Nicky at my sisters).

And !yay! for the no boredom.

Cause boredom sucks.

And I'm much happier when I don't have it.
