So it's ten to 8:00. I've been vidding since 11:00am. Well, not really. I've been wasting a lot of time checking my e-mail and my flist and staring at the parts of my vid I already did thinking, "Oooooh! Pretty!" I should probably try figuring out effects after I get all my clips down instead of right at the beginning so I spend less time watching over and over again the parts I've already finished thinking, "Oooooh! Pretty!"

This movie has the same colors as Riddick.

Speaking of nostalgia (bad segue! bad segue!) I was eating chips downstairs in the pantry (there's a giant bag, and I ate a few right out of the bag, right there in the pantry) and thought to myself, "Mmmmm, salty goodness" and had a sudden flashback in which I vividly recalled reading sabershadowkat's Buffy/Spike fic back when I first discovered fandom on the internet.

I don't know that I actually have any Buffy/Spike fic in my bookmarks anymore.

I do, however, have two of my favorite authors' websites memorized and another author is on my flist. So it all works out. It's all about the het porn, baby. All. About it.

It's not 4:00 am yet, so I'm still relatively sane and my eyes are still relatively intact. Yay for visine! Yay for eye cream! I just made myself a large container of Earl Grey. I would have made myself coffee, but coffee tends to give me stomacheaches (probably because I drink it black) so I very rarely indulge in it. I think I'm probably the only person I know who prefers her coffee black and isn't addicted to it.

Man, I have all these vids I watched three weeks ago that I have yet to feedback. I am such a lazy ass. I'll do that later.

You know what rocks? Having a nocturnal roommate. You know what really rocks? Said nocturnal roommate going to visit friends all night and coming back at five in the morning to go to bed. I don't have to vid on headphones! I'm not going to lose my hearing by the time I'm 40! Yaaaaaay!



...it occurs to me that if I were anything less than a complete geek I'd be using my roommates habits as an opportunity to have sex in my room, rather than vid.

Hee. To me? The "Ooooh! Pretty!" is an integral part of vidding. Over and over and over again. :)
