So I'm thinking that perhaps instead of trying to finish my Almost Famous vid I make my Gia vid.

I'm getting the source for my Gia vid, in VOB's, in a week.

I really wanted to make something for the female characters show at vividcon. Originally I had a Lana vid planned, but I never got the source for it. Plus, this is a movie, which will be easier. Granted, she's technically not a character since the movie is autobiographical, but I think I can swing that. I think.

My Gia song is only three minutes long. It also doesn't have interminabley long and repetitive choruses that refuse to be cut down and are extremely difficult to outline like the AF vid, which might mean I'll be able to finish it faster. I'm thinking of experimenting with freeze frames, but aside from that I don't think it will have any fancy effects. Certainly none that will take time to learn.

I trust my abilities. It's my attention span I don't trust. If I had anything resembling an attention span the AF vid would already be done.

I am intrigued by the idea of a Gia vid...perhaps because she reminds me a little of Shane from the L Word.
