lierdumoaSo, because I have no tv and am largely oblivious, I did not find out about the London bombings until this morning right before my final when one of my classmates mentioned it. I'm so glad to hear none of the English folk on my flist were hurt.

Oh, right. Final, today. I'm pretty sure I aced it. The film turned out quite well, though I have some issues with how unrealistic parts of it look -- in the beginning, especially. Oh well. I'm proud of it. It's my little retarded baby. I got it burned on DVD, so I'll try to rip it and upload it for anyone who's interested in watching it later. Good grades on tests, good project -- now I just have to worry about being absent a lot.

I put in a lot of hours outside of class, so I think I can bargain with the registrar to forgive my missing a few lectures.
Numb3rs vid is going well. I can say that now that I'm not spazzing out ridiculously over it. I've been doing that a lot. Screaming, "Waaaugh! I only got ten clips down in the past two and a half hours! This vid is taking forever!" and then I looking at my timeline and realizing I in fact have 20 seconds done.

I don't think I've ever vidded a song this slow.
Or maybe I just feel like I haven't because the last thing I worked on was Gia!vid. After a while, I startt to think Gia!vid is slower then it is because I get used to the insane pace. I want to cut faster, and then I have to sit back and remind myself that this is what going crazy feels like.
I'm going from clips being half a second or less to being two seconds or more.

I'm using crossfades again! Oh, babies, I missed you! With all your crossfadey goodness. And ghosting! Wheeee.
On a sidenote, this song sounds really cool backwards. I almost want to vid it backwards. Not for this vid, of course. For something else.
Well, I got v. little sleep last night, so I think I'm going to go take a nap and let my computer defrag.
