Keeping You Informed

Ok - here's the detailed report:

I arrived at college around 5:00PM on Friday. My first flight was an hour and a half. The plane was *tiny*. It was so cramped I couldn't fit my carry-on in the seat in front of me (this has never happened to me before) and had to put it in an overhead compartment. I was extremely uncomfortable, but managed to get some sleep anyway (because I'd had none the night before). My second flight was about 5 hours long. There was more space (thank God). I slept through most of it. I would have watched the in-flight movie, but they wanted me to pay ten freaking dollars for the headphones and I was like - "No way in hell". They didn't even serve food, so I was really hungry when I arrived. When I got to the airport, I went to the wrong baggage claim. Then I pulled my head out of my ass and found the correct baggage claim - only to find that one of my bags (the bigger one) was missing.Thankfully, my bag was found (it came in on the next flight).

I am much relieved to be situated properly in my dorm now. My roomate is nice.

But you don't give a shit about that, right? No - you only care if I've been writing. Well guess what - I have! I got over the block! I submitted Pt.1; Ch.2 of Bitter Water to my betas yesterday. I'm not sure when they'll get back to me. They are preoccupied right now reading OoTP. Sadly, I am not because my copy won't be mailed to me for another two weeks! *wails*
