Gorgeous Emmett vid. I though the song really embodied his attitude. I loved the clip choices. It payed just enough attention to the beat to keep my beat whore soul happy. "Romeo" by [livejournal.com profile] sweetestdrain. Download here.

But whatever happened to the RPS, you wonder? Well, see, there's that whole thing where I'm lazy. Yeah. I look at the fic and I am like -- "Work. Booo." And then I go watch vids. Speaking of which, I have to finish my BE vid. I've never gone this far in a vid and not finished. I *have* to finish. *nods*

[livejournal.com profile] permetaform, henceforth whenever I see a cool effect in a vid I am calling it 2:38. For example -- "Omg with Lex and the...with the ghosting and the...and the...dude, that was 2:38." Cause you know, if I'm not going to speak in understandable English when it comes to vidding I might as well go all out and create new, geeky slang.

Also? Having to get up early for class, like, totally sucks. Especially now that I'm looking at the clock and realizing I should have gone to bed three hours ago.

In other news, cute blond surfer guy was whining cause he can't seem to gain weight. And he's a pyro. And some asian chick whose name I can't remember is jealous of my jeans with the giant holes in the inner thighs. They breathe well, you know. And are also the sluttiest article of clothing I own. You know, I can't really help it that my thighs rub together when I walk. And my jeans are cheap.

Somebody made chocolate chip banana nut bread. It was good. I heard rumors about a new breed of fruit. The chick who looks like Alanis Morisette only prettier tried and failed to hit herself in the face with her breasts while jumping up and down. Funny thing, boredom. Imagine what they'd be like if they were high. Scary, innit? Life at the co-op is fun, fun for everyone.

I walked at least a mile today. Probably more like two or three. My feet are at that stage where they almost have blisters but not quite. My knees acted up again. I feel like I'm 60 with arthritis or some shit. Gah. I'm wearing sneakers tomorrow.

Well, g'night!

[livejournal.com profile] evenstarjuliet, remember Dan? Your physics instructor in Interphase? I saw him today! He recognized me. He was like -- "You were Leslie's roommate, right? ...what are you doing here?" (to which I explained that I'd taken a semester off) I guess he's doing grad school here or something.

It was weird, cause I was walking around all day thinking I saw people who looked familiar, but of course they all turned out to be total strangers. Except Dan. That was surreal.

So yesterday was the mad walking. Today was the mad waiting. I waited an hour in line to buy my calculus workbook. I waited another hour outside this woman's office so she could sign my calculus paperwork for me. At least I have one class taken care of. I got the discussion group I wanted. Yay! It's in the afternoon so I don't have to get up early for it, and the instructor's not only hot, but has a decent sense of humor.

I have homework for that class due tomorrow. Homework doesn't start till next week for the rest of my classes. Now I'll have to make sure I can get on the website to see what the homework is, what with not being a regular student at all.

My chemistry professor amuses me. He cracks himself up. I crack up at him cracking himself up. My physics professor is charming as well. He has the cool Indian accent that makes everything he says sound less boring than it actually is.

My sneakers are missing. This is bad. I need the arch support and shock absorption.

Someone found a half full bottle of alcohol buried in the couch in the lounge. Isn't real life fun! Oh, stop giving me dirty looks. I'll post the RPS soon. I hope.
