He, I'm pretty sure I used the word mastrubation at least twice in my review. Because it was. It totally was mental mastrubation, amung other forms.

The thing in my head, though? has to do with Rodney hallucinating John, either instead of or along with Carter. Probably the latter, because I really like Sam, and the role she serves in his brain, and so I want her there, I do.

The way I see it, the episode was in Rodney's POV. He was making out with Sam in his head. In reality, he was doing something much more obvious and not fit for network television.
