undermistletoe fic.
I wrote the second to last scene. I wrote the first scene. I thought -- okay, a few scenes in the middle and I'm good.
Then I remembered that the trip on the Daedalus was, like, freaking long and Rodney wouldn't be able to get much work done at all. I realized I had to schedule shit. I asked![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
svmadelyn for the specific number of days. I opened up my little windows calendar window and marked off dates. Then I was like -- oh, hey, I should outline. Those scenes in the middle I need to write? There are eleven of them. ELEVEN! That's after I compressed it down, it was actually more like fifteen before.
So I've got about 5500-6000 words left to write. That's, like, a full chapter of Mutability.
