Hee! Well, you'll be happy to know that you are the reason I made this vid. I saw that meme you put up in your journal a while back associating songs with certain fandom pairings. I had never heard "Pretty When You Cry" before, but when I saw it on your post, the name intrigued me. I downloaded it and fell instantly in love with the song and thought -- this *must* be made into a vid.

Also, you inadvertently turned me into an OZ fan, because I'd never even seen an episode when this vidbunny fell on me. In fact, all I knew of the show was the summary I read on crack_van.

I suppose I'm the only person I know who would throw myself into a fandom solely for the purpose of making a vid.

It's absolutely wonderful, kudos for that! The quality's very good, the song fits so perfectly and the moments you choose tell the exact story; I think that my favourite moments are those of season 6; and especially the one where Chris looks at Toby while he's talking to Agent Taylor; he looks so wild and haunted.
I hope you'll have a lot of fb on this, you deserve it!

I chose the scene with Chris looking at Toby through the blinds because it drew a nice parallel with the scene of Toby looking at his kids though the blinds that I used earlier in the song. I'm glad you thought it worked well.

Just wanted to tell you how amazing this video is!!! Everything fit perfectly, and it showed me once again why I was so fascinated by B/K.

It IS a great song, and to be honest I got curious because of VAST, although I only know 'Free' & 'Touched' by them. But I love those songs (BTW - I think your taste in music rocks!!!). So thanks for making this kick-ass video!!! Oh, and I'm so looking forward to your B/J vid!!!

I didn't put the vid on LJ. It's on a separate website completely unoffiliated with LJ. All I did was link to it from my LJ post.

There will be no more vids of these two, most likely.

Just saw this video for the first time and it's absolutely incredible. So many moments went perfectly with the music (like Keller screaming when the singer started screaming), but it was the ending that made me catch my breath.

I barely know this fandom at all, but I really enjoyed this vid, anyway. Most of it was pretty easy to understand even knowing only little bits of the canon. (Or maybe I am actually understanding it all wrong, or something.) You reallly made me want to hunt down the episodes.

The beginning, with the lights fading to dark in time to the music was great, and set the stage really well. And the intensity between the two guys came across really well in the clips you have chosen, just like Beecher’s desperation and sadness at the beginning. I really liked the whole scene of Keller comforting him after that (or at least that’s what it looked like he was doing? In the scene where they lean their foreheads together? I am missing all context, of course.). And, ouch, their whole fucked-up relationship in the rest of the vid.
