So I failed at VVC.

That is to say, I didn't get to finish ::anything:: in time for the submission deadline.

But my Starbuck vid is over half done, so yay for that.

After I finish it, I'm definitely sticking to movie vids for a while. I made the mistake of trying to vid on my Mac laptop running windows software. It might have worked better if I'd tried using Bootcamp instead of Parallels to run Windows, or even if I'd tried a small vid instead of a 4 season trainwreck epic. The source footage for my Starbuck vid took up 16 GB after it had been clipped.

I do have a small vid ideas I could try working on. A cute little Wall-E vid romance vid, a cracked out Fight Club vid, a twisted Twilight lkbv.

I saw Transformers II. It was even more of a sausagefest than Transformers I, although still not as much of a sausagefest as the Wolverine movie.

Movies I am excited about:

Gamer --> Dexter! The jailbait kid from 3:10 to Yuma! Did I mention Dexter?! Or that he has a delicious Louisiana drawl that is delicious? And also he's evil?
A Perfect Getaway --> Milla Jovovich. Nuff said. I will watch anything she makes. I sat through Ultraviolet.
Sherlock Holmes --> Robert Downey Jr + Jude Law + Rachel McAdams = my fantasy threesome. Supposedly there will be handcuffs involved.
