Okay, explain this to me. I drink a glass of wine and I'm fine. I drink a cup of coffee and I feel horrible for hours afterwards. My stomach hurts to the point that I don't want ot eat anything (usually it's pretty impossible to ruin my appetite) and my head is throbbing. I can't even sleep -- not because of the coffee -- but because my stomach hurts too much to sleep. I think I can blame the night cafe in my dorm. I have never had a good experience drinking one of their beverages. I'm going to stick to water and tea from now on. Also, had a steamed pork bun for dinner. I don't think they cooked it long enough.
*curls up and whimpers*
My legs hurt because I decided to do some isometric exercises. Spur of the moment thing. Apparently a bad idea.
Well, at least my hair looks good.

The only things I ate today are 2 bags of sunflower seeds and a bag of gummy strawberries. My stomach is going some sort of dance that involves lots of stepping and wearing high heels.
