I hate dial-up. Even loading regular webpages seems to take ridiculously long when you're involved in a livejournal RPG and have twelve comments to reply to. I miss my livejournal client. I miss my computer. I miss my music. I want VAST and Placebo, Tori, NIN, Pillows, Spoons, Sneakerpimps, Alpinestars, fuck! I'm so fucking bored!

I don't even have instant messenger access. I don't even have my QaF season 3 DVD's. All of my DVD's are being mailed along with my computer and most of the rest of my life. I should have arranged for next day mail. It would have been ridiculously expensive, but I'm beginning to think it would have been worth it.

I'm not getting anything constructive done in the writing department. The RPS is still languishing.

And dial-up - I don't know how the world survived before DSL. You will have DSL at your new place, won't you? I certainly hope so, because I'd be bald by now without it.

Oh, the muses have done all the speaking they need to do. I've outlined the whole fic. Now I just need to stop being lazy and write it.

And yes, I will have DSL at my new place. Or broadband. Something. I'll be living on a college campus -- probably UC Berkeley or UCLA.
