So, I'm finally out of the hole that is my hometown. I arrived at Berkeley yesterday. my roommate is really nice, and my room is really big (it's fit for a triple, though there's just the two of us staying).

I forgot my posters. Shit. I also still don't have ethernet access, because for some reason my computer hates me and refuses to tell me the card's address. Insert numerous expletives here.

I had my first class today. It was the poetry workshop. Read some stuff. Looked at one of my classmates' stuff. It was fun. In a poetry workshop kind of way. Tommorrow I have the gender studies course.

Also, I really hate uphill walking. But oh, well. At least I'm walking.

Right now I'm on one of the school's computers. I'm at the very back of the room, so no one can see what I'm doing. I just spent, like, half an hour replying to comments from piecesofgale and it's sister RPG randomlyrandy. It has taken over my life.



It's a fun ride, though, so you all should definitely check us out.

Six hours until Sydhead's birthday. I was up till 5:30 in the morning yesterday uploading her birthday vid. I'm praying that it uploaded properly, since I didn't have time to make sure. *crosses fingers*



Also, I rarely do memes, but I simply had to post this one. Gakked from half my friends list.

The Gale/Randy RPGs are the worst things ever to be looking at in the computer lab at school, because you're prone to bursting out into giggles at some of the lewder comments, and people stare.

Also, I don't have a problem with keeping the giggles to myself, but Allison both talks very loudly as a natural thing and shrieks with laughter when she finds something amusing. I haven't yet been able to stress the importance of being incognito, particularly when what we're laughing about is the Gale/Randy's latest menage a trois.
