I haven't had an upbeat post in a while. But my life is looking up! So I shall make one now.

To be as vague as possible, I just finished something that I've been working on for a while, and now I feel like I can leave a part of my life behind that I've been wanting to leave behind for a damn long time.

In vidding news, I got a good quality copy of Butterfly Effect (the right version this time, too) off kazaa. Whoo! In other squee, I finally got to see Latter Days. OMGTHEIRLOVEISSOPRETTY!!!!!!1!@!1!!!!!!!2!1!!!!ELEVENTY!!!! *ahem* It was a delightful gay drama, with the perfect amount of angst, the perfect ending, and lots of perfect bodies as well. Also, the actor who played the Mormon guy looks like a cross between Aaron Carter and Eminem, but more grown up then both. He's hot, yo. And so is the guy who played Christian, in a very classic LA way. The movie poster does not do either of them justice. At all. They look so much better in the actual movie.

Still have not seen 4.12. *pines*



Oh yes, and before I forget, everyone needs to go read burnitbackwards's new PWP L'Allievo. I'm proud to say I was her beta. But really, she deserves all the credit.

I absolutely love Butterfly Effect. But if you watch it, definitely make sure you're not watching the director's cut. It has an alternate ending that sucks ass. If I had originally watched it with the director's cut ending, I'd be telling you that the movie sucked.

So glad you got to see Latter Days. I got to see it (finally) the other day, too, and I just loved it as well. So much pretty, and the story was really, really well done. Much better, I must admit, than I'd expected. I didn't expect a whole heck of a lot of plot, but it surpassed my expectations above and beyond. :D Glad you enjoyed it too. :D
