One thing about Smallville source is it's beautiful color. I can picture this vid in my mind and it looks so clear and bright and sad.

"I know I would apologise/If I could see your eyes/Cos when you showed me myself, you know/I became someone else" -- having regrets about his relationship with Clark

"But I was caught inbetween/All you wish for and all you need" -- all the thousand and one conflicts that tried to break up their friendship

"Cos if I find - if I find my own way/How much will I find/How much will I find/How much will I find/How much will I find...I’ll find you, you, you" -- how much Lex could accomplish without Clark as his conscience; what Lex could become; all the things he learned about Clark by betraying him

"May God's love be with you/Always" -- the season finale? when Clark broke up with Lex, like, six times? but Lex didn't stop loving him; this line is repeated like a million times in the song, and I think no matter what Lex has done to Clark he has always had Clark's best interests at heart

Hi, occasional lurker here 'cause I love your G/R rps (not hinting, promise, but waiting with anticipation!). I'm not into Smallville but I love this song and after a bad day it was a nice cheer up. I've come to associate it with B/J (what don't I associate with B/J?), so it was a very nice cheer up!
