Have recently been gorging on

cesperanza's and

resonant8's Due South fic (see here and here). I especially recommend

cesperanza's Chicago's Most Wanted, Hanged Man, Some Strange Prophesy, and Juggling Act, and

resonant8's American Way, A Modest Proposal, Broadway Hotel, and Teeth of the Hydra. I'm far too lazy to properly review these stories, but if you trust my reccs at all, you should read them.

Don't know the fandom? I don't either, really. I've never seen an episode. Nice thing about this fandom is you can learn everything you need to know in order to read fic in under a minute.

Basically -- Canadian mounted policeman Benton Frasier goes to America to avenge his father's death. He's hot. He's a little crazy. He has impeccable manners. He gets partnered with a cop by the name of Ray Veccio. Said cop goes undercover in the mafia partway through the series and is replaced by another, better looking cop by the name of Ray Kowalski. Kowalski is pretending to be Veccio in order to protect Veccio while he's undercover. He's recently divorced and has got this whole unshaven, snarky, impatient, unconventionally attractive thing going on. All fic mentioned above is Frasier/Kowalski.
