Why I love it: It's well written, well characterized, kinda cliche, but in a fun way. Personally, I just love the image of Superman trying to surruptitiously stalk Lex. And getting caught.
Justice with a Vengeance by C. M. Decarnin
Summary: Lex pursues a relationship with an underage Clark and faces the consequences. This is the court trial. NC-17; 48 KB
Why I love it: It's really good angst, and it explores the possible consequences of Lex with underage Clark -- something most authors shy away from. It's part of a series. I'm not recc'ing the rest of the series because it features BDSM sex, which tends to be a huge turnoff for me. This part, though, I do think worth reading. Good characterization. I felt like I was in the room with the characters seeing everything as it happened.
Road To Sanare by Jinx
Summary: Clark and Lex talk things out. R; 152 KB
Why I love it: It's fantastic. Brilliant characterization. Dialogue that sounds believable and interesting. Lex is utterly adorable and very much in character, I think. I just love this fic. I keep re-reading it, and the ending gets me every time. It greatly indulges my love for Lex.
Story of a Life (or Six!) by Ryu I & Casseopeia (in four parts; second on page)
Summary: Lex finds out Clark is an alien due to some rather...interesting circumstances. Then Clark's parents find out that Clark and Lex are invloved. Much wackiness ensues. NC-17; 80 KB
Why I love it: It's completely hilarious. I crack up every time I read it. And I've read it a lot. The characterization is decent, the writing is decent, the plot is decent, but the humor is brilliant. It's rare to find an author who can carry off humor really well. This fic was written very early on, back before the NC-17 ban on ff.net. It's still one of my favorites.
Nonstop to Nowhere by Kat Reitz & Tzigane
Summary: What if Kal-El hadn't been found by the Kents? What if he'd been found by Lionel and raised as Julian Luthor? Pervy brother!sex and mindbendy plot twists ahead! This fic has a sequel. I didn't particularly like the sequel, so I'm only reccing this part. NC-17; 196 KB
Why I love it: Oh, there are so many reasons. The sex is disturbingly hot. The writing is really good. The characterization is interesting and believable. Also? It has the best line I've read in any fic ever: Sex on legs. There was no subtle grace to him that stood out, nothing more complicated than the feeling that if you sat beside him for very long, you'd come.
