Lame. Introduced too many new charactersin too much of a hurry. I felt like I was watching an extended trailer, with snippet after snippet after snippet, but without ever getting to the meat of the story. The three strongest female characters were disempowered, supposedly for the common good, wtf?

On the other hand, Bobby. All grown up and tall and beautiful and mmmmm. My God, I want to fuck him. But not as much as St. John wants to fuck him. Someone needs to write me the fic where he goes back for St. John after Jean goes crazy and drags his unconsious ass out of harm's way (since he headbutted him into unconsciousness and all).

In other news -- SNAKES ON A PLANE.

Two? Three! Mystique, Jean *and* Rogue!

(I am not counting Storm as a powerful character any more because of her wussy "aw, I guess we should close the school now!!!" crap.)

I realized hours later that I'd skipped Mystique because I wasn't thinking villains. I figured, though, that it was the middle of the night and I'd fix it in the morning. Going to fix now!
